1) Our Standard Return Window (Change-of-Mind)
- U.S. customers: Returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition/packaging, with tags and any accessories.
- Exclusions (non-returnable): custom/personalized items, perishable goods, pierced earrings (hygiene), and items marked Final Sale on the product page.
- Unless we made an error or the item is defective, you pay return shipping (tracked).
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
2) Damaged, Defective, or Not-as-Described
If an item arrives damaged/defective or materially not as described, email [info@m-kazuri.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item + packaging. Where legally required, we will repair, replace, or refund. 3) Exchanges
We’ll exchange when stock is available; otherwise we’ll refund per Section 6.
4) How to Start a Return
- Email [info@m-kazuri.com] with: order #, item(s), reason.
- We’ll issue an RMA and return instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
- Ship within 7 days of RMA. Keep tracking—lost parcels without proof of delivery can’t be processed.
5) Refund Method & Timing
- Method: Refunds go to the original payment method (minus original shipping if not our fault).
- Timing after receipt: We aim to process within 5–7 business days of inspection.
- Unshipped/cancelled before dispatch (pre-shipment): For online orders we must follow the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule—if we can’t ship on time and you don’t consent to a new date, we must promptly refund (generally within 7 working days for cash/check or within one billing cycle for credit cards).
6) Shipping Issues (Lost/Carrier Damage)
If a parcel is lost or arrives visibly damaged, contact us ASAP. We’ll work with the carrier and you to resolve. (Carrier claims are not treated as “returns.”)
7) International Orders
International returns are welcome under the same 14-day window. Duties/taxes you paid to your customs authority are typically non-refundable (check locally). You’re responsible for return shipping unless we made an error/defect.
8) Sales Tax on Refunded Items (NC)
When a sale is rescinded or partially refunded, we will also refund the pro-rata NC sales tax you paid on the refunded amount, as permitted by N.C. Gen. Stat. §105-164.11A. Justia Droit
9) What We Don’t Cover
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage after delivery, misuse, or alterations.
- Returns outside the policy window or without original materials.
- Items returned used/soiled/without tags may be rejected or partially refunded at our reasonable discretion.
