M-Kazuri curates and sells handcrafted, Africa-inspired artisanal products made by independent makers. Because items are handmade, natural variations in color, pattern, and size are normal and part of each piece’s uniqueness.

2) Eligibility & Your Account

• To purchase, you confirm you’re 18+ and legally able to enter contracts.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors).

3) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice until your order is placed.
• Sales tax is collected where required by law (e.g., North Carolina and other states where we have nexus).
• International customers are responsible for customs, duties, VAT, and import fees.

4) Payments & Security

• We accept major cards and secure payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay) as available at checkout.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Orders may be subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refund if we cannot verify payment or shipping details.

5) Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

• Processing time: typically 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). Custom/pre-order items show timelines on the product page.
• Shipping from: Raleigh, NC, USA via common carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
• Tracking: Provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss: Transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier (UCC).
• International shipping: Transit times vary; you’re responsible for duties/taxes. We cannot mark orders as “gift” or undervalue.
• Undeliverable/Refused packages: Shipping costs and any return fees may be deducted from refunds.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, contact us first.

Return window:

• U.S. customers: within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• EU/UK customers: statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt (exceptions apply, see below).
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags/labels.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or personalized items, final-sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, and pierced earrings (for hygiene).

Return process:

1. Email [support@m-kazuri.com] with your order number, items, and reason.
2. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
3. Unless we made an error or the item is defective, you cover return shipping. Keep tracking.

Refunds & exchanges:

• After inspection, refunds go to the original payment method (shipping fees non-refundable).
• Exchanges depend on stock; otherwise we’ll refund.
• If items are not in resale condition, we may deny the return or apply a reasonable deduction.

Damaged/defective on arrival:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations:

• Contact us ASAP. Orders already shipped can’t be canceled; please use the return process.

7) Product Authenticity & Cultural Respect

We partner with artisans and suppliers who align with fair compensation and cultural respect. Handmade variations and natural imperfections are expected. Any cultural motifs are presented with acknowledgment and respect for their origins.

8) Promotions, Gifts & Store Credit

• Promo codes apply to eligible items only and can’t be combined unless stated.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
• Store credits expire only where permitted by law.

9) Intellectual Property

10) Reviews & User Content

If you post reviews or content, you grant M-Kazuri a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

Except as required by law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted, M-Kazuri disclaims implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).
M-Kazuri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
